Learn QuickBooks in half the time
QuickBooks Now! is completely interactive. You’ll see the QuickBooks Program in front of you on your screen. You’ll hear me tell you where to click and why. Then you’ll experience the results of what I tell you to do.
In most online QuickBooks Training programs, you simply watch a demonstration of someone else using QuickBooks. It’s not very engaging and to retain the information, you have to practice it yourself on your own QuickBooks Program.
With my tutorials, you watch, listen and use QuickBooks all at once. So you can cut your learning time almost in half. QuickBooks Now! Level 1 has over 4 hours of recorded training, which I estimate is equivalent to up to 8 hours of classroom or one-on-one training*. And you don’t even need to have the QuickBooks Program on your computer.
I’ve set up my first QuickBooks training to work logically, and in sequence. So first, you’ll set up a company file. Then you’ll learn each aspect of the program, starting with Navigation and managing the lists all the way through Reports.
I’ll help you create customers, vendors and transactions, then tie them all together in reports. Throughout the program, you’ll practice the different ways of entering data into QuickBooks and learn the tricks and shortcuts that save you time every day.

My Story
I have a confession: My user manuals seldom make it out of the box. When faced with something new, I prefer to dive right in and figure it out.
Ten years ago, I learned the hard way that trial and error might work for a new coffee pot, but not for business accounting software. I tried to tackle QuickBooks on my own, thinking, “How hard can it be?” I ended up wasting a ridiculous amount of time—time that should have been spent building my new business faster and smarter.
It turns out there are a lot of coffee-pot-conquerors out there who take the same painful path. As a QuickBooks consultant, almost every file I see is full of costly mistakes. Folks waste time making them, then waste more time undoing them. The miscalculations made along the way usually affect their bottom line.
Why bother with bookkeeping when, in many cases, people would be better off just guessing?! But I have to give them a break—I’ve been there. But when I first started using QuickBooks, I couldn’t find the help I needed. That’s how I got the idea for QuickBooks Now!
Years later, how did I get from oh-so-frustrated to being a QuickBooks expert and trainer? Once I (finally!) discovered all the amazing things QuickBooks could do, I was hooked.
